1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us with your order details.

5. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Contact your bank as processing times may vary
