Working Instructions

1. Assemble the unit
   Connect the ground stake sections and attach them securely to the main unit.
2. Charge before first use
   Place the unit in direct sunlight so the solar panel can charge the internal battery. For best initial performance, allow it to charge in good sunlight before use.
3. Choose the operating mode
   Use the switch on the front:
   • OFF – Unit switched off.
   • ON – Unit switched on.
   • AUTO – Automatic operation using the motion sensor.
4. Install outdoors
   Push the pointed stake carefully into soft ground. Do not hammer the main unit or force it into hard ground.
5. Position the sensor correctly
   Face the front of the unit toward the area you want to monitor. Keep plants, walls and other objects from blocking the motion sensor.
6. How it works
   When movement is detected, the unit activates its deterrent function. The indicator/LED may illuminate during operation. The high-frequency sound may be difficult or impossible for some people to hear.
7. For best performance
   Position the solar panel where it receives good direct sunlight and periodically wipe the solar panel and sensor clean.
